REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Refund Policy

We accept refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The product is still sealed and in its original packaging

  • The product has not been used or worn

  • The product has the protective film is unpeeled and intact

  • The product has a genuine fault or defect upon arrival

  • The product is lost in the postal service and proof is provided (e.g. no confirmation of signed delivery etc.)

Returns Policy

Terms & conditions of returns:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase - we cannot accept returns later than this

  • Products must be returned in original condition & packaging

  • Customers must cover return postage

Unfortunately, we cannot refund:

  • Shipping costs

  • Diamond Grip latex gloves with protective palm plastic removed (including damage to the latex upon removing the plastic)

  • Gloves with wear or deterioration that is deemed fair use - latex is a natural material that can and will experience wear from the very first use, the level of wear will vary per keeper depending on their age, technique, playing surface, and much more.

  • Gloves with wear or deterioration caused by not preparing and caring for them are in line with the glove care instructions included in the packaging information cards.

How to Make a Return

Delivery addresses that include an error incorrectly added by the customer, which therefore results in the order being returned to our warehouse will not have their shipping charge refunded if the customer chooses a refund. If the customer would like us to resend the order an additional shipping cost will be charged.
