Terms and Conditions:
You, the individual, agree to all the terms and conditions outlined below once the booking has been confirmed.
1. Payment Policy
1.1 Payment must be made via bank transfer to the business account provided at least 24 hours before the start of your goalkeeper session. The transfer must include the student’s full name and the session date as the payment reference (for example JOHN DOE 06/10/22).
1.2 Goalkeepers and parents without a previous payment history with Quick Goalkeeping must pay in full upon booking their first session and/or session block to confirm their place.
1.3 Deposits and Upfront Payments: From 1 April 2026, deposits or full payment are required for first-time and long-term bookings due to previous non-payment and no-shows. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received.
1.4 Late Payment Fee: A late payment fee of 15% will be applied to any payments not received by the agreed due date. This charge covers the administrative time spent chasing late payments and supports the continued running of sessions, including facility and equipment costs. This late fee will not apply if you have informed me at the time of booking that you require extra time to make payment, and these arrangements must be agreed upon before booking and before sessions commence.
As part of the Quick Goalkeeping philosophy, I value giving everyone the chance to access academy-level training. I will always honour lenience and good-faith arrangements where they support this, but I also value honesty, integrity, and openness, so please only request these arrangements when genuinely needed.
1.5 Pricing Continuity: If you are a long term, multi booking client, any price changes during your current block will not affect your existing rate, which will continue to be honoured for consecutive block bookings made without interruption, provided they are paid for in advance and scheduled to begin immediately after the previous block ends; however, any break in bookings, missed payments, or delay in securing your next block will result in the updated pricing being applied to all future sessions.
2. Refund Policies
2.1 Refund Policy (1-2-1s)
Completed sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be refunded upon request.
If a session is paid for and booked but the client fails to attend without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited.
If I have agreed in good faith to extend your payment deadline and allow you to pay at a later date, you remain fully liable for the session fee. Should you forget, change your mind, or make other arrangements during the reserved session time without notifying me at least 48 hours in advance, the full cost of the session will still apply.
Voucher sales are non-refundable. As a sole trader, everything earned is immediately reinvested back into the business to cover costs, taxes, and future planning. Refunding vouchers would create financial and scheduling difficulties, so instead, they may be transferred to another person or redeemed for an alternative service/product of equal value. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to attend sessions within the generous 365-day timeframe from the date of purchase. Please review this advice before purchasing: Which? - What are my rights with gift vouchers and cards?
2.2 Refund Policy (Group Sessions)
Booked and completed sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a session is paid for and booked but the client fails to attend, the session fee will be forfeited.
If I have agreed in good faith to extend your payment deadline and allow you to pay at a later date, you remain fully liable for the session fee. Should you forget, change your mind, or make other arrangements, the full cost of the session will still apply.
Due to high demand and limited spaces, all group session bookings are treated as committed. If you withdraw within two weeks of the block starting, you remain liable for all sessions, regardless of attendance, until your place is filled. Please note that two weeks’ notice is not always sufficient to replace a goalkeeper. Any sessions completed must be paid for in full.

2.3 Refund Policy (Elite Days and Summer Day Camps)
Completed Elite Days and Summer Day Camps are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a place has been booked and paid for but the client fails to attend, the full session fee will be forfeited.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may be refunded upon request.
Due to high demand and limited availability, all Elite Day and Summer Day Camp bookings are treated as firm commitments. If you withdraw within 48 hours of the day starting, you will remain liable for the full session fee, regardless of attendance, unless your place can be filled. Please understand that 48 hours’ notice may not provide sufficient time to replace a goalkeeper, as other families may already have made alternative arrangements. Any sessions attended or completed must be paid for in full.
If I have agreed in good faith to extend your payment deadline and allow you to pay at a later date, you remain fully liable for the session fee. Should you forget, change your mind or make alternative arrangements without providing at least 48 hours’ notice, the full cost of the reserved place will still apply.

Refunding vouchers would create financial and scheduling difficulties. However, vouchers may be transferred to another person or redeemed against an alternative service or product of equal value.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to use the voucher within the generous 365 day validity period from the date of purchase. Please review the following guidance before purchasing: Which? - What are my rights with gift vouchers and cards?
3. Rescheduling Policy
When you book a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. It is expected that the same courtesy is extended in return.
Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. The replacement session will be arranged for the following week at the same time, or at the next mutually available time slot.
If you have booked 10 sessions or more in advance, you are expected to complete all agreed sessions. Requests for a permanent change before 50% of sessions have been completed will be accommodated where possible, but a suitable recurring slot cannot be guaranteed immediately due to existing bookings. In this case, your original time slot will remain active, and you will continue to be charged at the agreed rate each week until a new time and day is arranged and confirmed by both parties or covered by another client.
Requests to reschedule without the required 48 hours’ notice will result in being charged 100% of the session fee, unless another client from the cancellation list can take your place.
4. Cancellation Policies
4.1 Cancellation Policy (1-2-1)
Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.
If you cancel with fewer than 48 hours’ notice, the full fee will remain payable. However, if another goalkeeper from the cancellation list can take your place, the fee will be refunded or waived.
Discretion may be applied in exceptional circumstances, such as bereavement or a medical emergency requiring professional attention. Minor illnesses, minor injuries and last-minute match invitations are not considered valid reasons for waiving the cancellation fee.
This policy is not intended to question whether a minor illness or injury is genuine. However, as these circumstances cannot always be independently verified, the flexibility previously offered was repeatedly misused. This resulted in late withdrawals, significant financial losses and, in some cases, the cancellation of entire programmes, disappointing both parents and goalkeepers.
Once a place has been reserved or paid for, other goalkeepers may be turned away, and the payment is committed towards venue hire, coaching staff, equipment and preparation. These costs remain payable regardless of attendance. Therefore, cancellations made within 48 hours cannot be refunded unless another goalkeeper fills the place.
Applying this policy consistently is necessary to protect the sustainability of the business and ensure that these opportunities can continue to be provided.
If QUICK GOALKEEPING cancels or reschedules for any reason, you will not be charged.

Cancellations will be charged the full session fee.

5. Additional Notes
The cancellation and rescheduling terms are in place to protect both the client and the business. While cancellations at 9.00pm the day before are not accepted, requests made before 8.59pm the day before may be considered under exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or bereavement.
6. Indemnity / Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of an incident, insurance is in place to protect both the client and the coach.
